EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT FROM YOUR P&C THAT WILL IMPACT YOUR STUDENTS......New Canteen and Trivia Night!!
We are thrilled to announce that it is time to say goodbye to our beloved and original canteen which has served us so well for many, many years. Thanks to a Federal Government Grant and money raised by our P&C, over a number of years, the canteen will receive a $75,000 complete make-over in the next school holidays. This is great news for our canteen staff, volunteers and students.
The upcoming Trivia night, on SATURDAY 20th SEPTEMBER at 7pm, is vital to our plans to fit out the canteen to a standard we believe our school and our kids deserve.
The trivia night is going to be a fantastic event with professional people running the night, lots of giveaways, lucky door prizes, a gift just for coming, our own Entertainment students taking care of sound and lighting, great music, along with some unbelievable raffle prizes including a plasma tv and amazing auction items. You can even win prizes for wrong, but clever, answers! The grapevine tells us that the much loved Ian Barker is going to be there. Unlike previous years, this is a parent and year 12 only event with the P&C working on a Summer Carnival in December for our students.....watch this space!
It's going to be a lot of fun but not as much fun if you're not there! If you are unable to attend meetings or working bees then here is the perfect opportunity to support the P&C's efforts to the support the school. Grab your friends and book a table or just come along and we'll seat you with some other fantastic
I THANKYOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR MUCH NEEDED SUPPORT WITH US ON THIS MOST EXCITING PROJECT.
