A very big 'thank you' to the P&C for their Trivia Night organisation. This fun evening raised $6000 for the school and we are well on the way to refurbishing the two student toilet blocks. Sponsors were most generous and we will be sure to promote them through LEAVES.
The holidays will see a substantial amount of improvement around the school with the Canteen being 'rebuilt', a large amount of carpeting installed, the redesign of an A Block room for Textile classes and further improvements in the office spaces in B Block.
A ceremony will be confirmed for the "Official Opening" of the new Canteen and COLA later in Term 4.
I cannot commend our Year 12 highly enough for their leadership and maturity... they have set a new standard for end of year behaviour and this will be the standard to reach from now on.
Safe holiday to all,
Mr Peter Gillam - Principal
